Palmyra Mattner is an actor based in LA. Raised in the Middle East, she went to a British international school and later studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City. Palmyra has toured the US with Aquila Theatre in their national tour of Murder on The Nile, Much Ado About Nothing, The Great Gatsby and Macbeth performing in over 32 states nationwide. In 2017, she co-wrote and starred in Strings (Broadway World Review), a one-act centered on mother-daughter relationships which was performed in NYC at the Access Theatre. In addition to theatre, she has worked professionally in voice-over in both the US and Europe (Vanity Fair Hive, Johnnie Walker, BODi Fitness, The Ensemble Momentum Orchestra in Germany), commercial (Barnes & Noble, Annie Selke, Ellia Essential Oils, Chelsea Dental), film and new media. Palmyra is also a keen participant in community outreach, which previously includes the Stella Adler Studio’s programs at Rikers Island & The Phoenix House in New York, as well as performing alongside veterans as part of Aquila Theatre’s The Warrior Chorus (The Odyssey; B.A.M Fisher’s).
